Hi, I’m Donovan Lambert! I’m a Character Designer and Illustrator from the Chicagoland area. I specialize in Creature Design: with over four years of experience, I’ve brought a variety of creatures to life, from cute li’l critters to eldritch horrors. My illustration style draws from a combination of the rebellious, self-expressive energy of graffiti, and the intricate, handwritten style of medieval typography. I blend this with the visual language of horror / macabre stories and old folk tales, written with an unhinged, sarcastic sense of humor.
